Bay Shore Inn is a beautiful, stunning resort on the Sturgeon Bay in Door County. It offers spacious condominium rental units and suites, many with great, magnificent views of the Green Bay. Accommodations are comfortable, well-appointed, and very well-maintained, featuring full kitchens, large living rooms, fireplaces, and decks. The property is right on the water with a big lawn, a pier, a rock beach, kayaks, and seating for sunsets. It also features beautiful, clean grounds, both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fire pit, and a kid-friendly playground and sandbox. The atmosphere is comfortable and family-friendly. The staff and managers are fantastic. Its location is off the beaten path in a quiet area, providing a retreat without the busy crowds, yet it remains close to fun towns, Sturgeon Bay museums and restaurants, and other Door County attractions. While highly recommended for awesome stays and reunions, some guests note that certain rooms could use updating with new flooring and furniture to address a musty smell, and that mattresses and patio spider control could be improved. Many guests love their stay and book return visits.
My favorite place to stay in Door County! Clean rooms, excellent service, and located in a beautiful area right on Lake Michigan. They have kayaks you can use for free with your stay that were also well taken care of. The staff is super friendly and flexible.
