I don't know the name of the young man who helped me out, but he was AMAZING. We had to purchase a flip phone for my elderly father, as he had to enter an Assisted Living Facility. He's never used a flip phone and was afraid he wouldn't be able to use it. This young man showed me how to show Dad a short-cut for selecting his favorites, dialing out and how to activate his speaker, and made it extremely simple. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness. My 93 year old father is calling everyone now!

Service is good but if you get a loner phone some of your game progress gets reset and that is just plain wrong

The staff is ready to help. The cell service isn't cheap, but it works just about everywhere I've been...in the United States.

We only lose a few calls a week, but we are near the water in Cabots Point peninsula. Wish there was a more reliable service, but we haven't found it.
