Everything was great, no problem ordering, delivery was there when they said it would be, driver was very friendly.

Everything works well but I'd like to see budget billing for metered clients. Every other utility I've dealt with has it but Ferrell gas.

No one gets a 5 star as there is always room for improvement, that being said: I have always had pleasant conversations when I call and quick service. I just recommended Ferrell to our neighbor in DePere who has a cottage by us. I'm sure he will get the same good service.
