Quality Inn & Suites in Sturgeon Bay, WI, offers a basic and affordable place to stay, especially suited for travelers seeking a comfortable bed at reasonable rates. The hotel is generally clean, with a nice modern bathroom and amenities like a microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage links, and biscuits and gravy, though it is mostly carbs and lacks items like orange juice. The property is quiet, with a view of a gas station from the back. Housekeeping provides towels on the third day but does not replenish coffee or cups, and some furniture and bedding show signs of wear. The pool and washer/dryer are out of service, which may be disappointing for some guests. Guests have noted friendly staff, with some receiving complimentary upgrades and helpful service, especially during early mornings. The location is convenient, close to a Kwik Trip, making it ideal for road trips. The hot tub is a highlight for some, though cleanliness can vary. Unfortunately, experiences with cleanliness and amenities have been mixed; one guest described the room as filthy with broken fixtures, and others found the hotel not as clean as expected. Overall, the hotel is a decent choice for those on a budget who prioritize a safe, clean place to sleep over luxury amenities.
Very nice staff. Clothing dryer needs to be replaced, it took over 2 hours to dry a small load of lightweight clothing.

Positives are the updated bathrooms and nice bedding. Negatives are the stained and worn carpeting and chairs in the rooms and stained worn torn carpeting in the hallways and stairs. Pool was closed. Breakfast was very limited, waffles and cereal and some packaged donuts.
