“Today , I was passing through on my way to Sister Bay from Green Bay when I noticed a panel underneath my vehicle had let loose on one end and was dragging . I googled the nearest service center which was Patriot , pulled into the Service garage and within 5 min my Lincoln MKC was up on the rack being repaired , and was completed within 15. The wonderful man in Service who assisted me said I was all ready to go , and there is no charge today . I couldn’t believe it ! It was fate this happened at the time and place it did . In Green Bay, I would’ve had to make an appointment and sat with my vehicle down until then . I cannot thank you all enough for what you’ve done for me today! Not to mention, I had my 80-year-old mother with me . This was a perfect example of an exceptional service experience , Going above and beyond for your customer!
