To say I am absolutely disappointed by the staff's knowledge is an understatement; I went in to get an international plan for a trip to Europe and they told me it will be $35/month with all the countries being in the same zone.I was supposed to be able to receive text messages as well and that never happened, it only worked in the last week of my trip( 2 months total).Because of their lack of knowledge, I have to pay over $700, I am not exaggerating!!!I called them multiple times to ask what the issues is and why I cannot get the services I paid for and from one associate to another, the story would change: my phone purchased with the plan, from the Sturgeon Bay store isn't compatible, or that I should have activated the plan before I left (pretty much trying to tell me I don't know what I am talking about) to telling me I will be able to add a different SIM card while overseas to use even though the phone was locked in the network and they never followed through with their statements of making a note to cancel the "lock" option.They are so indifferent and arrogant, just because a customer complains multiple times, it doesn't mean they don't know what they are staying.Also, I was misinformed 3 years ago as well that my phone won't work in Puerto Rico and it definitely did.If you aren't familiar with your services, you might want to learn them, it's been a horrible experience and I am hoping to get this problem solved (I need to know why I have to pay these ridiculous amounts given its your responsibility to give proper information to your customers).

I found out that if I turn my smartphone off people next store to me can't see what I'm doing on my computer or wifi. Seeing that it's my phone and I got it from U.S. Cellular I suspect someone who works there gave them my information because they don't know much about hacking anyway? So someone must have given them the information they required to gain access, and I'm sure there's a list of devices somewhere too?

Phone arrives almost a month late , they knew this might happen but never warned me it might happen . If you want a Google pixel 6 , be prepared for the wait . It would also be nice if they picked up the phone too .

We've been with US Cellular for 2 years now and the local store in our community is fantastic! Always very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and very upfront about plans/fees. Sometimes a bit of a wait but with the kind of service they provide, we can see why so many customers there! Highly recommend over Cellcom or Verizon! You will pay what they say you will pay with no hidden charges!

Went in the sturgeon bay store and was treated very rudely by a woman that works there. Not the first time it’s been like this with the same woman. Most of the employees there treat the customers well but not her. Why is she still working there? Very disappointed.

I switched to US cellular today and AJ was rep. I had a new I phone xr, on the Verizon network, which wasn't working good since my move to door county. So far everything is working good , I was greeted upon arrival and was up and running in about 20 minutes, all questions and concerns were answered allowing me to make my decision. Hopefully this review will help others to make their decision

We have been a customer for 20 years- this was our first visit to this location. Heather was so very helpful- she went out of her way to assist and answer all of our questions. There was a surge where it got busy- she was awesome at multi tasking and helping the others while my phone was downloading. Her customer service skills were exceptional.
