The White Birch Inn in Sturgeon Bay, Door County offers a charming and potentially haunted atmosphere for travelers. While the rooms may be a bit dated, they are generally clean and comfortable, with amenities like microwaves, refrigerators, and 24-hour complimentary coffee in the lobby. The beds are reported to be comfortable, and the king suites with hot tubs are spacious and clean. The on-site restaurant and bar are praised for their excellent food and drinks, with the perch dish being a highlight. The inn is located off the highway, providing a quiet and serene setting. It is also pet-friendly, making it a suitable option for those traveling with their furry companions. However, some guests have noted issues with the Wi-Fi and the need for room updates or a continental breakfast. Overall, the White Birch Inn serves its purpose as a good bed and bath option in the popular Door County area, though it may not appeal to those seeking a more modern or updated accommodation.
I see alot of others complaining about dated rooms but we didn't mind that. Beds where comfortable. The restaurant/ bar downstairs is very nice and food was excellent! We had the perch, it was advertised as a 3 piece and we expected 3 filets but received 3 butterflied fish!

Room was very clean. Beds comfy but creaked a little. Sink and mirror are separate from the bathroom/shower. We didn't eat here but the bar/restaurant was beautiful. Very spacious. Inn is located off the highway, very quiet. Pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay but spent very little time in the room.
