Wow! We bought a Honda Odyssey from Warren today at Auto Werks!
It was the best car buying experience we've had! They don't charge dealer fees so the car is the price listed. He was kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Staff is very friendly and I've heard some good things but was quite disappointed in my visit and I question if they are as honest as advertised. Rescinded on a signed contract and did nothing to try and make it right. Would be hesitant to do business with them again.

Second purchase from Autowerks, couldn't be more happy with an auto purchase. Staff are friendly and take care of everything, offered more than fair price for my trade-in and no fees. They don't have a huge selection however their selection changes often.
