The only thing I am a little upset about , is the overhead doors for the units are poorly maintained, the unit i have the door does not stay open, the prices are fair for a secure storage area... the staff is super helpful and nice, again, the only thing is the upkeep on the property is very poor... the way the locks are designed, you have to buy a specific lock, it doesn't take too many of the round secure locks, they just dont fit into the door lock itself.

am tired of the rate increases. I understand inflation and cost of living but since this company took over my rates have increased $150.00 over 2 units. I've received 2 rate increases per year since CubeSmart took over. It's a complete joke. This is the last one they are receiving from me. A small increase per year is acceptable but this nonsense is not. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.
