Goodwill Center for Work and Training is a popular thrift store known for its amazing selection and low prices. The store features a large area with tables to dig through, offering a variety of items such as clothes, shoes, books, and bric-a-brac. Although it can be crowded and requires patience due to minimal organization, visitors often find hidden gems and great deals. The store is generally clean, with walkways kept clear and carts available for shoppers. Staff members are described as laid back and friendly, creating a relaxed environment for browsing. However, some reviews mention that the staff can be gruff and occasionally try to scam customers on scales. Prices have increased over time, which some shoppers feel reduces the value. The store operates from 9 am to 7 pm and encourages visitors to bring hand sanitizer and gloves if they plan to do extensive digging or resale. Overall, the store is appreciated for its cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, and the opportunity to find unique items at affordable prices, making it a favorite spot despite some organizational challenges.
