I was informed that I was missing my windshield washer fluid cap at this visit much to my surprise. I told the service attendant that my vehicle only had been in one other shop to get tires rotated and the last time someone looked under the hood was at this location. He had nothing to say on their part. He did suggest a few auto part stores to replace one.

Jiffy Lube is my go to for oil changes and simple maintenance! Did you know they will change your filters and wipers, for a fee of $5 each, if you bring your own to them!?!? I love the fact that we can pop in for a top off, as well! The techs are always friendly and professional! Get yourself to Jiffy Lube for an oil change before your summer trips!

Waited an hour without being greeted once, when they finally pull my car into the shop they come to tell me that they don't have enough of the type of oil my car needs. I called ahead and was told that they would do my car. Complete waste of time, unprofessional atmosphere. Wouldn't trust my vehicle here again

Thee best hands down definitely ? ? I have to state for a crew of two that were short handed all day worked diligently, efficiently kind and professional.
