Gave a 3 today because although i usually prefer this location , like come from another town to this specific location. Today Friday Jan 3,2026 i guess maybe i came into this location before the employees had their morning coffee, it was around 7am, first off, i waited at the counter for about almost a minute (no other customers in store & employees just floating around doing stuff more important than taking my payment) then to my surprise once i tried to use the $1 coupon to purchase a carwash that got all the employees over smh. The point is thank you to the January 3 2026 kwik trip morning employees for forcing me to discover woodmans carwash -which is actually cheaper with more options included and the free air actually works.

Hannah and Hailey are the best employees I’ve ever met there, I work right down the road and stop in every morning, by far the best employees to date. Their service is impeccable and they’re very quick to help with whatever I need. They honestly need a raise or promotion cause they are two top tier employees

Hannah and Hailey are the 2 rudest people I have encountered at a Kwik Trip ever. It's the closest thing to my work place for lunch. But at this point would rather shop somewhere else for both gas and food considering the amount of trash service I received at this location. I have been in sales for 15+ years and have never had this much negativity from 2 people who work in such high volume traffic areas. If they are management, they should re- train. If they are sales employees, management should re- train them. Their outside issues don't pertain anything to my 5 minute visit.
