Thought this was a good place to get my breathing supplies until I had problems with my equipment. battery only lasts 1 half hr. On # setting. Told me they had know way to check it .( no help there) .then my portable oxygen maker quits ,they say it will take as long as a month to get parts. I found the parts one line in 5 minutes bad news people

This place has atrocious customer service! I’m beyond unhappy, trying to get on the phone with this place is a joke. I tried calling yesterday and was on hold for 50 minutes before getting irritated and giving up. I’m currently on hold right now, I’m at the 45 minute mark and figured I’d use the time to leave a review. I have a pretty important insurance issue I need to address and may as well drive there to get it situated.

Horrible place. The customer service would not return calls whenever I called and had someone tell me they would contact me. The held my order for a month and never processed anything and let the end of the year without discussing anything about the arrangement so my deductible reset and I now have to pay full price. The employees are incompetent and rude.

My grandma got very sick with pneumonia and needed oxygen. Lincare gave us the best customer experience. They helped if we ever had questions and made us feel like they actually cared about my grandma and that she was part of their family! I would highly recommend anyone that is need of respiratory care to got to Lincare!

Lindcare recieved orders from my physician on March 8th- 6 weeks ago,For my CPAP supplies I have a Medicare advantage plan through anthem blue cross blue shield. After a few weeks of not getting a response from Lindcare I started calling. They kept telling me they were waiting for pre-approval from my insurance. I called them. My insurance called lindcare twice to explain were to fax the pre-authorization. Despite this no one would take accountability and follow through. Today when I called they told me they were no further in getting pre-authorization.if you want a company that is responsive and gets things done in a timely fashion the Lindcare is Not ? the company.to use.

This is the absolute worst medical company I have ever dealt with. I received a prescription for a cpap months ago and was referred to by my physician to go through lincare. I have been following up 2-3 times a week asking for an update and every single time I received a different answer. Absolutely work at company I probably have ever worked with. I ended up purchasing a cpap machine on my own (out of pocket) just not to have to deal with this company.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I received a bill for several thousand dollars for enteral feeding formula that I could have purchased from a reputable medical supply company at 1/3 the cost. I was not advised by Lincare until July that my insurance didn't cover any of the costs incurred since January. All along, I was lead to believe that my insurance would cover costs. I tried to explain that, of course, I would have ordered from a reputable medical supply company at 1/3 the cost had I known I would be charged such an exorbitant amount by Lincare. My husband requires enteral feeding permanently. I checked to make sure our new policy for 2021 covers enteral feeding formula, as I learned Lincare cannot be trusted. Our new policy does, indeed, cover enteral feeding formula, however I will NOT be ordering from Lincare next year if this current issue remains unresolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE. I have wasted so much of my time trying to reason with Cindy in billing, but she insists I have to pay 3 times as much as I could have because I chose to place the order with Lincare. I will also be switching all trach care and other medical supplies to a reputable medical supply company.
