This place has bad customer service don't return phone calls and don't tell you what wrong before they fix it you go there and hit with a surprise bill and they don't stand behind there work they charge 500.00 to recharge a air conditioner on a engine on a rv will never go back to them

I cannot recommend these guys enough! They got us in for routine service on our motorhome next day, were extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest and very reasonable on their pricing. I thought I needed some extra stuff done to the vehicle that they looked at and explained why it wasn’t necessary at this time and when it would be necessary. They had us in and out for a good amount of service in only a few hours and we were able to get right back on the road. And they even offered our pups some dog bones that they gobbled right up! Great place, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Being on the road all over the country, it is very hard to find GOOD service places that are honest. I wish we could come back here every time we need service!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Took truck there for a estimate. They had the truck for 9 days, then told me 7800 to fix it, said no thanks I'll pick it up. Went to pick it up n had a 600 bill, for replaced parts. Told told them nobody authorized the service. Will not recommend to anyone.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Highly recommend for any of your commercial truck repairs. Did our exhaust manifolds in a fast timely manner for our food truck. The owner Shawn Was very detailed with the job they done for us. We definitely will be back. Costumer service was top notch including Jessica and the mechanics. Even welded our 3 compartment sink with no hesitation at all. If it gave a star ⭐️ rating it would be 10s all across the board. Thank you again Shawn and staff you guys are the best!! 911 Tacos

I retrieved my Freightliner based class A RV from a local shop after a winter long warranty issue. Check engine light. RV place has no ability to diagnose the issue. I live hours away and my ride has left. RV shop suggests Mayer. I am not and have never been a customer of Mayer, it’s minutes away from 5 o clock raining and cold. Short version - Mayer answered the phone - that’s rare - listened to my situation - invited me to stop at the shop. Jake is the tech who helped me. Having zero experience w this particular unit and little help from me - “it’s a 2022 Freightliner?” - he connected diagnostic equipment, read codes, cleared codes, cycled the unit to be sure the codes would not return and explained everything he was doing along the way. Jake is articulate knowledgeable and friendly. Top notch experience all the way around. Now I can say I am a customer and a very happy one. Outstanding!Services: Electrical

We had broken a leafspring on our Reflection, Granddesgin 30 ft 5th wheel. When getting off the highway after a person traveling on I 43 in Wisconsin told us we found Mayer Repair Shop. They went out of the way to find a spring & replace it in 4 hrs. So blessed to have people be so good to us. Thank you.

These guys are the BEST. We blew a hydraulic line for our jacks in our class A motor coach. I called Sean… not only did he say “come in right now”, but he took amazing care of us and got us in and out in just a few hours. If you ever needs any diesel or heay duty vehicle repairs done definitely need to take it these guys absolutely know what they're doing no what they're talking about reasonably priced and just quality work remember you may have to wait a little longer and pay just a little bit more than the other guy but you get what you pay for Shawn and his crew are just the best around HANDS DOWN
