i bought a yardworks fertilizer there in december and didn't use it until April. now i find out the wheels fall off and Menards won't replace it because i didn't return it within 90 days. what lawn was I going to fertilize in the winter?

Went to the Racine Garden Center and they had zero flat carts available with very few customers. I saw one person using one. Asked an attendant he shrugged his shoulders. If you want people to make a purchase have ways for them to move items like bags of mulch. From now on I will do business somewehre else even if I pay more. I’m not going to search the store so for a cart so I can buy stuff.

Store is ok, the rebate is a tricky advertising you will have to mail it so you need to fill a form, get stamps and envelopes for each time you do it since you get short time window for each receipt. And then few months till you get it back; if it doesn't get lost with all advertising mails !

If I could give this review a minus I would.Think two or three times before buying Pittsburgh ultra paint. This is some of the worst paint we have ever bought. It's like water, hardly covers the walls we are painting (it looks like more than two coats to cover our walls) and at $26.00 a gallon this is a waste of money. You might as well paint with milk. This paint is horrible, nothing but a waste of money. Here's where they gouge you, the paint is no good so you Have to pay more than Double yes more than Double to hopefully get something better to cover your walls. We will be taking the unopened gallon back and getting a refund.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Wanted to purchase a vanity top, but wouldn’t sell it due to not purchasing the entire product. Menards is clearly false advertising on top of extremely rude customer service. They told me in order to purchase the vanity you need to buy everything due to policy rules. They even had all the options listed of what can be purchased including all items that can be sold separately and what sizes they are offering. Beware of the false adds they advertise. Will never be returning here due to their horrible customer service.

I asked a gate attendant a question and he had to ask the manager for clarification. His radio was playing out loud and I overheard her sassy response insinuating my question was dumb. Upon entering the store their attitudes weren’t any better. Both the staff and shoppers in this part of WI are very race focused I’ll say that.

I was loading ten bags of dirt in the trunk of my car. And a young lady that looked like she was just starting her shift at 2:30 .so she wasn't even clocked in yet came over and offered to help me. I was shocked ! what a sweet heart. Thank you so much for the offer you made my day!!!!
