First time to take my 2 boy pups 🐶 in for haircuts. Both of the employees first listened and talked with me about what I wanted for each pup even tho they are brothers they are both very different. So they customized cuts for each pup and I was blown awaywith how awesome of a job was done for each pup. I greatly thank both gals who took there time with each of my boys .. tyvm for your patience, time and great understanding.. before and after photos..

I took a pup in to get groomed and they were asked to be gentle because she's a mill rescue. They called and said she was aggressive. The pup isn't she gets scared if she's manhandled.

I've had birds like parakeets and cockateiels throughout my life. They have always been very loving and came to me. The ones I bought here came scared to death of everything and it's been a year. They obviously had a traumatic life before I bought them. They can't get over it and refuse to come to me. They have finally warmed up enough to not freak out that I come close to them , but this is not normal. I won't give up on them but they were obviously not treated very well by the caregivers or wherever they bought them from.

Petco used to be my go-to for my dog grooming needs but after the last two visits, the first two for this pup, I don't think I'll be going back. It's not the attitude of the employees, they are all great to deal with but the level of service they provide now is bare minimum at most. If a customer pays for a service, they should get what they pay for. No anal glad expression, no nail trimming, if any brushing was done to remove shedding hair, it wasn't much, and it doesn't look like they cleaned his ears. In the future I'll be trying other groomers in the area before considering going back.

We have been taking our dogs to petco for 15 years. Lately, our dogs have been scheduled with Aaliyah J. Every appointment she has had an attitude and does not do a great job cutting nails. This last time, I scheduled a nail trim and she was clearly frustrated with our dog and was not friendly. She also did not cut his nails- she “filed” them. They were the same length saying she could not trim them. Needless to say, after 15 years, we have decided not to spend our money at Pet Co.

Great service, bought a couple geckos from them today and they're loving their new spot til they get bigger then it'll be a bigger aquarium ☺️☺️thanks again the three lady's that helped

Ordered 4 boxes of saltwater that clearly says to keep the boxes upright and when picking up, the boxes were stacked on top of each other ( another no-no for 5 gallon box of water) and on their sides.

I always have a great experience and leave happy thanks to the staff. There's almost always someone there that can answer questions I have concerning my dragon. I purchased my current dragon from Petco and I don't want to sound crass but he's my favorite. He has such strong personality and what a great eater!
