I simply called the RedDot phone number and was greeted by Shaquille. He was very helpful and and informative. Renting a storage unit was super easy. The app appears to be helpful. Although I've yet to "move-in" I don't expect there to be any issues. I've seen and been inside the units. Gate is secure and the areas are well lit. My only concern, did I get a big enough unit? ?

I've had my unit for almost 6 months now and My assigned gate code never works cause they never switch my account info from being a new customer to an established tenant yet somehow I never receive that promotional rate you get the first month. Sorta annoying when having spoken to customer service multiple times about it. Other than that... It's just like every other storage unit facility, essentially the same normal typical experience you'd expect to have when on the property. It's a quiet and calm location. I rarely ever even see other people when I'm visiting my unit.
