This has become my go to. Very nice people. Very helpful and personable. They carry out to my car, which I appreciate. I always find some awesome deals. It feels very up to date, current and trendy products along with good oldies. One stop and good to go.

GREAT PLACE! IF ITS HARD TO FIND, THEY PROB HAVE IT OR WILL ORDER IT FOR YOU. THE 1 OLDER EMPLOYEE IS ALWAYS UPBEAT AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU CARRY OUT YOUR PURCHASE IF REQUESTED. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE? JUST ALL AROUND NICE STORE AND EMPLOYEES.

I spoke to a very kind woman via phone who was just as friendly when I talked to her at her store in person. I had initially phoned Sturtevant Spirits and Wine to inquire about a certain brand of tequila I was searching for. I asked whether or not they had it in stock, and she was extremely helpful. She more than likely had to go out of her way to find out if they had it while I stayed on hold. She even went back a second time to double-check the current price on the shelf. She was so kind and informative, and her customer service skills were exceptional. I went back a short time later and asked the gentleman working if the same tequila would be back on your shelves in the near future. He said it would be there in a few days and said Monday or Tuesday specifically. When I returned again after the time period, they still didn't have it. To my disappointment, the gentleman working said it was now on backorder. Despite the inability to restock Butterfly Cannon, I was still very impressed by the customer service over the phone as well as at my first visit at this location. The visits thereafter were less cordial and friendly, unfortunately. I will likely still return.

Moved back to Sturtevant 2 years ago after growing up here and leaving. I've been going to this liquor store everytime I need to shop for my liquor. The owner is the best guy I've ever met, polite, helpful and the store is always well stocked and super clean. I love this city and I really love this place. You need alcohol stop in and you won't be disappointed.
