Pros: cheap prices, plenty of seating, hosts an annual music & camping festival called "Jam 4 Jam"Cons: No air conditioning, no WiFi, no internet jukebox, unpaved parking lot, hard to find out in the boonies.

Omgoodness, my wife and I had our Halloween themed wedding here and it was THE best experience!Patti and Cindy made us feel like “part of the family” while working with them, And allowed us to do as much on our own as we wanted!Plenty of possibilities with renting the whole hall and I would highly recommend ??We did do all of our own decorations which was right up our DIY “alley”. And check out the history of this place! I won’t give away it’s historical secrets but this is and will always be one of our favorite places!Paint chipped- yesCobwebs- probablyDid we care- absolutely NOT!Stepping inside gave us a nostalgic feel that’s the both of us just never would have found somewhere else.A huge thanks to Patti and Cindy for all of their support and efforts to make our day the very best!

Beautiful place to be at, but there are obviously some complaints I have.I worked as a new bar tender here at the Concord House, and I loved working there. The down fall of that though, my second weekend working there, Patty had her son in the Hard Liquor bar with me. He was handing out alcohol for free and drinking behind the counter (I did my part and said something about it, in hopes I wouldn't get let go). I got the conveniences for someone else's doing, and it left me pretty annoyed.The ceiling definitely needs to be redone since it leaks everywhere when it rains. The outdoors are nice, but I wouldn't advice working here if you want to get let go instantly.

It's a great place to host events. It's cheaper than the other places we checked and has got a great rustic feel that works well for fall themed events. The roof does leak a bit but the place does clean up well. We were able to set up on the Thursday before our wedding and clean up on Sunday after which was way less of a hassle than my brother had months before where he had to set up day of and be out by midnight. Patty is a real down to earth person that was straight forward with us. She's willing to work through issues that occur and tries to take care of them promptly. There's also plenty of good places to take pictures.

This place use to be bueatiful. Now the roof is falling in, water has taken over. If you have allergies dont go there. The floors are coming up like its an animal under it. And mice running wild. And the owner Patty you will always see a beer in her hand. And something rude coming out of her mouth. This place needs to be shut down and renovated.

This place use to be heaven. But since Patty and her husband John took over. They haven't kept up with repairs or cleanliness. It now a safety and health haszard. The roof just caved in and there are adlease 50 more spots that could cave in. The water damage causes your sinuses or alleges to act up because of no ventilation. And the floor looks like there is an animal walking under it. When I asked the owner about it she says the mexicans don't care. And the other people don't care because of the price. However this place is unsanitary and unsafe.

Tim and Kelly were not murdered here.....people are idiots who say they were. They were abducted after attending a wedding here. Tim's car was still in the parking lot. Stop saying this place has bad juju for no reason. The guy was caught eventually and is long dead.

The ventilation it's terrible, so if you plan on attending an event during summer time be prepared to be sweaty the whole time, cause there's no a/c at the venue

Had a great experience. They were able to accommodate us on short notice due to our original venue canceling on us. The owner did everything she could to help us and save us money. She even contacted a caterer who was easy to work with and very affordable. We were able to get in early to decorate a couple days before the wedding and were allowed to come back at noon the next day to clean up. Took a lot of stress out of doing a stressful event during a stressful time.
