“No need for improvement, everything was excellent. Made the reservation on-line, met with Dean and he got me checked in and showed me to the trailer. I was hooked up and on my way within minutes. The return was easy also. Had a few issues with the U-haul app loading, but again Dean had me checked in quickly. Great location. I will rent from them again.”
