Can't call them during business hours and talk to a real person? 1-800 number is garbage. But if see searched enough you can gind 262 number.

Great experience at this post office ! very very helpful and service is small town old school good values work ethic ! They allways help in suggestions or how i should mail to get my envelope or package mailed the best possible way.!
