If you need a phone, go see Sean at ATT! He's an expert in his products and services and works to genuinely help solve your issue or accommodate your needs. He was kind, friendly, and professional. I was absolutely floored at how quick my visit was, but more of what was accomplished in that time. Sean helped me get a new phone, upgrade my plan, and explore accessories in probably 30 minutes. I appreciated that he made the interaction quick and efficient so I could go about my day, but I also got everything I came for and more accomplished in that short visit. Nothing he said was a lie, a guess, or wrong information (which is more than I can say for every other experience I've had at an ATT store, no offense). He knew his products and services like the back of his hand, and genuinely worked with me to get what I needed done. Most importantly, he made me feel valued as a customer and didn't talk down to me, something you usually don't get from a sales interaction. Sean is the difference between a salesperson and a sales professional, and I really hope someone within the company recognizes his value as an employee. Thank you Sean! We'll be back to see you for our other two phones for an upgrade soon!

My husband I decided it was time to upgrade or phones, it had been about 3 years. We were greeted right when we walked in by Tony. He was able to help us right away and brought up our account info. He went over the upgrades and the high points on the new phones. We chose what we wanted and he went over all of the info to transfer info etc. We bought cases and screen protectors and he installed everything. We expected to be there a couple of hours but with Tony's help, we were out of there with fully functional phones and all of our info transferred in about an hour. Thanks TONY!

I just wanna start off by saying I don't really like going to strip mall style phone carriers but I'm glad we did! We (me and my s/o) walked in and got greeted by Logan the night before just looking at the newest phone and watches. Mind you this was 20 minutes before close and he sat there with us till the ever last minute. We left for the night and decided go back and get the phones and watches we wanted. We ended up walking in 15 minutes before he was done for the night and he stay just for us to make sure everything we talked about went smooth and got what we wanted.
I did end up have issues with the phone itself not anyone's fault but I did stop back in and talked to Sean about it and he was awesome to work with as well did everything he could for me and got me back on the road with in 10 minutes.
So thank you to Logan and Sean you guys were awesome and thank you for your hard work it definitely didn't go unnoticed!

My wife and I took new phones we got online from ATT and had Tony help us transfer old phone info to new ones-Tony was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with-answered all questions and in about 30 minutes had us all set up-truly great experience so thank you Tony for helping us out-

I was extremely disappointed in my experience with this store and with AT &T. We decided to switch carriers due to my daughter getting her very first phoneâŚand learned about their 36 month promotional program for getting new phones. I asked REPEATEDLY if I could pay off the phones right awayâŚand was assured time after time that I could. In essence, I wanted to be free and clear and only pay out monthly service charges. AFTER, and only AFTER, our phones were all transferred and I stopped in to pick up my daughterâs new phone, I was told that this wasnât true. BasicallyâŚthey give you the promotional deal which actually is a 3-year contract (if you donât want to pay thousands of the dollars they tell you that you saved on a new phone). Again, I want to stress the fact that I was repeatedly assured and told that I could pay these up front, but it turned out I was just lied to. Straight to my face. So sad to have this exciting moment with my daughter getting her very first phone get ruined by a lying employee (who we trusted) who was just pushing to make the sale. Why canât people just be honest and forthcoming from the get go? Itâs so sad and disheartening. I hope this employee rethinks his sales strategy so he isnât taking advantage of other trusting and unsuspecting customers. For a company who âconnects people to greater possibilitiesâ the only possibility I feel connected to is a new phone company as soon as my three years with AT&T are up. Please learn from my mistake.

A joke of a company. Spent hours trying to switch my line from Verizon to AT&T but was met with nothing but errors and useless support every step of the way. I hate Verizon on a spiritual level but it turns out AT&T is even more incompetent

I am now an AT&T customer. I did sign up at Costco up in Eau Claire. I live in Sun Prairie. When I ended up getting my phone. I wanted help transferring my data, and setting up my new phone. I went into the AT&T store in Sun Prairie. The associate Sean that helped me, was GREAT!! He helped me set up my phone get everything transferred. He also got my mom transferred onto my account. He was friendly, and patient. Even though he didnât initially set up my account and new membership he was excellent. He answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable being a new AT&T customer. He gets no commission for this sale, but treated me like he was. He was so helpful. It was so greatly appreciated!!

Beware of sales reps trying to add insurance and att next up to your plans without authorization. Check your bills after getting a phone there.
