Avoid this location at all costs. The manager here has terrible customer service and people skills. I had better luck and more help with someone on chat. First of all, he told me he couldn’t change anything on my plan in the store. I had to do it online, which is not true. He was too lazy to do it. He also said “I don’t know a lot” instead of pulling up our plan. I asked why we didn’t have a certain discount we used to have and he said it was because our plans changed… not “let me look into that for you and see if we can’t get that back.” I had to chat with someone online to help. Sorry but the manager here I won’t say your name, but you need a new job.

I stopped in on a Saturday and only 1 employee was working. It was a 2 hour wait before he could help me and all he could do was refer me back to customer support. So a waste of time for me. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and calm given the circumstanc. I understand it’s not his problem that his colleague calls in and his management doesn’t get him any help. so I’ll give 3 stars. How they allow only 1 employee on a Saturday and not send help from another store is beyond me. If I had someone that could have at least acknowledged me right when I walked in I could have been in and out in 3 seconds.

The 2 young men, who helped us, Nico and Tony were absolutely awesome, in helping us straighten out our news IPhones. The phones were a mess. They spent 1 1/2 hours helping us and were so patient. Our phones are working! Thank you.

I came into the store with 2 others not myself and the sales representative Mikayla, was so amazing she was very explainitory, helpful, polite, patient her customer service skills is the best I've seen so far with my experience In any kind of sale places.

We loved working with Makayla! She was so happy and upbeat. We traded in old iPhone XR’s for the new iPhone 15 Pro. She made it seem so easy, but I’m sure my husband and I would never have been able to do it ourselves. And I love how she remembered us from our initial visit when we pre-ordered the phones. My husband was so impressed with Makayla that he called ahead to be sure she would be in the store when we got there.

Anthony at the Prairie Lake Dr store in Sun Prairie is a rock star. He helped me select a new phone and transferred all of my data, etc. He made sure before I left that everything was set up correctly on my phone and made sure I saw that the phone I was trading in was scrubbed of all data. Excellent experience!

Came in because I was having terrible issues with my phone, Niko helped me and was honestly awesome and very patient. He has excellent customer service and that’s not easy to find these days.

Most communication/data companies have zero lack of customer care! AT&T is no different. They just keep on sending me bills months after services have been canceled. The tech I worked with at this location corrected all my billing issues, but I had to stop in there every month to get the billing corrected. I feel like they just bill the average person whatever they what, and hope the customer doesn't notice. Shame on AT&T! It is not like they have no competition. There are so many providers. AT&T should be fighting for our business.

Don't trust the workers! I'll take some blame by not looking at my e- bill for a few months, but when I did...WOW! I NEVER buy extended protections, etc. come to find out that I was getting EVERY SINGLE ADD ON THEY OFFER!!!! NO joke! And getting my money back on that?! Nope. Very disappointed that I cannot trust these salespeople.
