It really really really would’ve been nice if there were out of service signs on all the equipment that doesn’t work properly. I should not have completely unloaded my vehicle until I checked to actually see if the vacuum cleaners actually worked. But then again, why would I have put money in it if I wasn’t gonna be able to use it right away what a waste of my time and there’s no freaking phone number either. Have a wonderful day.

I couldn’t figure out how to stop the counting up of minutes after I swiped my credit card. It’s a good wash, but I have to check my credit card account…

Badger Wash on the corner of Bird and Main in Sun Prairie seriously needs to do better. Or get out of business and let someone who cares take over.Been here three times and this was my last visit. All three times--in three different bays--there was no soap in the high-pressure wash at all, just water. Very few of the other options--pre-soak, clear coat, etc.--seemed to be in order either. Thank goodness the foam brush was working, otherwise I would have been completely sunk.I gave this business three shots because the first time I figured my poor experience was a fluke. Places can run out of supplies, right? The second try was just that, a second chance. Today's was the last and I will never be back. The place is run-down from top to bottom, inside and out, and it's obvious nobody cares about it or the customers who might wander in unaware. Is it $4 for four minutes, or $5 for five minutes? It's impossible to know, because there are labels on the machines saying both. I think they're hanging on to it for the land value and because there are so few hand-wash places in this area. They deserve to be run out of business, and town. And yeah, to echo other reviewers, the hard-water spots left on my car today were atrocious. I understand the Madison area has hard water, but I've never experienced that at any other car wash around here. Please avoid. Drive on by. Flip them the finger as you go. For the $10-$12 I spent here each visit, you can get a much better car wash at any of the other automated places in town. Or in your driveway with a bucket and sponge. Screw this place, these people, and all other businesses that operate this way.

Zero stars for Badger Wash in Sun Prairie. They make sure that there is no way to contact them if you have a problem. There is no contact information at the car wash and they do not include a phone number on their web site. I swiped my credit card which should have given me 5 minutes for $5. None of the wash selections worked. A couple minutes later it just beeped at me. I swiped again and this time water came out but there was no soap, which meant no cleaning. If a business purposely makes it impossible to contact them, they are not reputable people. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the two $5 charges. Go somewhere else so you don’t get cheated like I did.

Concur with David H... control knobs are finicky; and it does take a couple of passes back and forth to get the setting you want. In addition, the pressure of the water was lower than other self-wash locations and car washes. Again I concur with David H... on the soap and wax settings.... I thought the unit was "out" of both soap and wax. I could hardly tell that any pressure soap was coming out at all?? Come on guys or gals..... increase the pressure and the soap mix settings. Oh... and the change machines WON'T take $20 bills... had to go to Wendy's to get change... I guess you want a credit card so scammers can steal your card info.... NO! Talk about an expensive car wash. This is the car wash off of Main Street in Sun Prairie. Just say NO to this location.

Card reader works as well as all functions on the car wash. The soap brush looked newer, no debris or dirt on it.

Owner does liquid product refills once a week on Tue morning. Tends to block several bay entrances when he does this. Coin+Token options have been broken for over a year. CC works fine.

Yea the quarters can fall down below the insert coin area. It happened 2 of 16 to me on 5/23. Water left marks all over the vehicle. You can tell it’s not quality driving past. Pretty sure it’s lightly filtered 2nd hand farm water.Service: Auto detailing

Much better since they put in the credit card machines. Seems they are keeping the soap filled these days too. It's the only self serve game in town, and the location is good.

Decent value. Equipment worked well. Credit card option did not seem to work for car wash. Vacuum cleaner was good and good value. Place seemed a bit run down...but no line was nice.

Worst car wash in history. Nothing works! No soap. Rinse left so many spots I am not sure spots will come off. My car looks worse than before went in.
