Just started using this pharmacy after the new year. They are excellent, always fast and have good prices. There are always plenty of people working and everyone has a great attitude.

I have been to this pharmacy more times than I can count. Each time the employees are kind, knowledgeable and even ask my family and myself are doing. They have seen us go through some difficult things requiring prescriptions and have been there to assist us along the way. If something is out of stock, I get a call from a tech letting me know alongside an ETA. The staff question odd orders and ensure safety. I have always gotten through consulting from a pharmacist and all my questions have been answered with high competency.Special shout out to pharmacist Harry and technician Kate who have always gone above and beyond for me.Will always be a customer here. It excels beyond any other pharmacy in the area.

Our washing machine order has been delayed again. This is literally the worst service I've ever had with Costco. We ordered online on December 24 with a January 4 delivery date. Then that got delayed to January 11. The January 11 delivery time didn't work for us so it was reschedule to January 13. Now today, January 13, I received a call that the washer wouldn't be here until January 17. This is unacceptable. The washing machine is currently in Janesville which is a town about 45 minute south of us. Will it even show up on January 17? So disappoint with this experience. Update Costco ended up crediting us $100 for our bad experience but that doesn't even come close to covering the inconvenience this has cause my family of 4 for almost a month. The $100 was offered after I told them that $50 was too little for the delay. Update Jan 17 "Delivery" day I took the morning off from work because the washer was supposed to arrive between 9:15am and 11:15am. The delivery did not come during that window. I contacted Costco Online and they said that the delivery route got reverse for the day and instead of being first we are now last. So now I'll need to take the second half of the day off as well, unpaid. I told the representative this and they said to contact them back after the delivery is made to discuss further reimbursements.

This Costco is always well stocked and the food court area is always very clean. Costco chains offer high quality products for an affordable price. This is our go to spot now.

What's not to love about COSTCO?! But this review is about the wonderful pharmacists and pharmacy team at the Sun Prairie Costco. I've had a few vaccinations here now and greatly appreciate the professionalism and care from these great folks. Keep it up!

Amazing staff, always a pleasure to come here and get prescriptions that are needed! Cannot recommend them enough, seriously, I don't think I'll use a different pharmacy if I can help it, the people and quality here have not been matched.
