Visited this store with my wife and kids and experienced some of the worst customer service imaginable. A simple misunderstanding about a promo deal could have been resolved quickly, but instead, I was met with outright hostility. The staff’s aggression was completely uncalled for. To make matters worse, customer service showed zero concern when I reported the issue. This level of disregard is unacceptable. I’m now actively looking for a new provider.

I had a complicated line transfer and both employees working assisted me. They were pleasant and professional. It worked out. I had a great experience. They had the phone I wanted. And I was in and out quickly.
