We had an incredibly frustrating experience After trusting them with our belongings, I was shocked to learn they auctioned off all of it without a proper communication. The whole process seemed rushed and disorganized, there were verbal agreements made by the owner (the lease stated that all verbal agreements are null which I didn’t read before the facts). I don’t think it’s honest to from the owner to establish verbal agreements while knowing before hand it didn’t mean anything and we had no way to protect ourselves from that.
I would strongly caution anyone considering using this facility to carefully review their policies and ensure you’re fully aware of the risks.

Absolutely amazing storage units. They are very clean and secure. Locking gate, cameras all around and very secure unit doors. The owner is very nice and responsive to emails and phone calls. I would definitely rent a unit from him again!
