Their whole check in system is not reasonable. Add to that they close at 5. So if I want a haircut I need to take the day off, check in, wait 2 hours (it's always 2 hours) then hope I wasn't magically erased.
It's probably better to check in in person, but then what do I do for 2 hours?

Great clips said 90 minute wait. So I signed up for text alert, waited that long and went inside only to see I was no longer on the list. Their best solution was to put me back on end of the list which was now 128 minutes. Great customer service! And thanks for wasting my time!

Walk ins are not welcomed. I tried several times to get a walk in hair cut. I was turned down every time wile staring at an empty lobby.

Made appointment.hour and a half wait waited an hour went there and my name wasn't on their list.i was watching the time count down on my phone.told me they could put me back on list for another hour wait.said forget it.walked out door seen sport clips walked over got in right away and got a great haircut for less

Online check showed I was currently 1st in line, and a 0 Minute Wait. When I arrived, my name wasn't on the list. They told me the system must have glitched and that I would be 11th in line. I've gone to Great Clips for many years, but currently very frustrated. They did nothing to make it right, not even an apology.

I got another horrible cut here. I show a picture of what I want my hair to look like and I still get something the cutter thinks I should have. Now I have to wait two months for it to grow out. I'm done with this place.

I would have given it a 5 star rating but I didn't like the fact you couldn't schedule an appointment in advance for a time that works better for me. They have plenty of walk-ins that if appointments were to be cancelled they could just take one of them.
