This Kwik trip has gone notably down in quality the last 6-12mo. When I come in (every 1-3 days, at the least), there is almost never hot food available and sauces are missing most of the time. Close to half of the time I come in, nobody is at the counter (this is in the middle of the day too) because some poor employee is forced to work the liquor half of the store and also the regular half at the same time.
I am not sure if it's a staffing issue or what exactly is going on but I hope it gets resolved soon! Not writing this to disparage anyone in particular, moreso hoping corporate sees it and helps support the store to get back to being great.

Gas prices are consistently higher than multiple other gas stations within 2 miles, over 40 cents more a gallon.

The car wash line is horrendous. You will have to wait an average of 45 minutes just to do a simple car wash. Therefore, if you wanna do your car wash here please do not do it…you will be idly wasting time here

I appreciate the third shift staff here, reliable store. If I remember correct they might still need to replace their tire filling air compressor. It relatively works, but not like any of the other filling stations at other locations

This sun prairie kwik trip will profile you and in other words…keep your kids in the car. I unfortunately had the old old worker Tom allow for an older gentlemen he personally knew to push my 4 year old autistic son out of the way so he can service his friend. When I brought this to the attention of the manager Olivia she just stood there with a blank face and did nothing to correct or teach him on how customers are treated. He also in the middle of my purchase started to joke and side with this individual as if it was funny.! I unfortunately do not feel like I’ll ever be back as anyone would feel the same exact way! Tom & Olivia do better or quit your job! Kwik trip doesn’t deserve to be given poor reviews for your poor performances!!!!

This is my favorite Kwik Trip, I've always been treated with respect here. The store is always clean, they always have the shelves stocked plus they have hot food prepared for those of us that get off work later at night. The overnight crew is the absolute best but Keri is hands down the coolest employee. She's super friendly, always ready to help and she's funny as hell! Be nice to her, she deserves it. Thanx for treating us like family Keri, we appreciate you
