We went here to take my dad car to get it fix, from the start, the front desk, I am not sure if he was the owner, he was super rude to us. He had a problem with my dad, saying he doesn’t understand his “English” he was very rude about it. I was there to Tranlate for him and he was giving us attitude the whole time. He seem racist and very unprofessional to treat a customer like that. The car was left there for them to fix it for over a weeks, and when we went there to pick it up, we was told nothing was done and he told us he wasn’t going to fix it because of the “ difficult communication”.Updated: I went into another car shop. The other place was only charging me $472, and Midas was trying to charge me over $3k.

Very friendly and professional staff; they were honest and (unlike some mechanics I've gone to in the past) did not try to invent things to charge me for. I'll definitely be going back in the future!

All my experiences have been very positive. The owner is very honest and sets realistic expectations from the start and backs them up with always delivering to the agreement.

Please update your Yelp page with the correct address. The correct address is between South Walker Way and Main Street! Across the Summit Credit Union.Service Great service, very polite staff that are not trying to pull a fast one over you. I came here for an oil change and everything turned out just fine! I will come back here again thanks Midas!

All my experiences have been very positive. The owner is very honest and sets realistic expectations from the start and backs them up with always delivering to the agreement. I have brought multiple quotes from other auto repair centers and the owner will tell me if he can beat it, match it, or go with them instead. Even when my cars have craped out, the owner is more than happy to look at it the next day without a scheduled appointment. Thank you, Midas Team!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Disappointed to have to leave a poor review but that's what these things are for. As someone that used to work on my own vehicles and now with lack of time and getting old, it's a better ROI for me to find a good place of service.I had warped front brake rotors and even though I had over half of my brake pads left I decided to get them replaced. Deciding to shop price for a basic job, Midas came in a good chunk lower than the other locals.I brought the car in and I got a call later with the owner telling me they could not work on it unless they replaced everything. Rear calipers leaking, front pins were seized, maybe pinched lines, around a $2K repair.Well, the nice thing about getting a place of service is the warranties. The rear calipers I had done a year ago at Christian Brothers in town. I like the atmosphere there and the shuttle service. Pricier but for bigger jobs I trust them.SO..I brought the car back to Christian Brothers to check the rears they had replaced prior and they took apart checked and everything was working and bone dry. No leaks at all. I had them check and do the front brakes since they had them apart anyway. No pins were seized.Another lesson learned, usually stealerships in the past like Lexus would try to get me with $1K mystery leaks and mystery steering or front end work, now it's just unfortunate a long time small business/franchise would pull that but I guess "buyer beware." I've found that Christian Brothers, South Street, and Chaussee seem to be the decent ones in the area. They are always busy but it's worth the wait and sometimes a little more $$.Service: Brakes

We asked them to check over our cooling system once. They did everything but that. The car ended up breaking down on the highway the next day when it leaked all of the coolant from a hose that had a hole.

The manager reached out after I sent a complaint to corporate of Midas. He explained to me how the process would work and that the communication was not said properly on how to work on the vehicle when I was there. He offered to check the vehicle again but I was able to figure out the issue on my end with help. The car runs normal again, but I will probably take the car to be fixed elsewhere for the AC when the weather is warmer again next year.

I took my car here to have it looked at after experiencing a coolant leak. They discovered it was the catalytic converter that needed to be replaced (I have a newer model Prius and they are engineered in a way that this was the issue). I asked for my scrap parts back because cats are being scrapped around $200 a piece and was told he would need to turn that part in as part of the price similar to core recycling. This part wasn’t turned in it was instead scrapped. So the owner charged me full price and turned a profit on a part I requested back. In addition to this. They closed early after telling me they would be at the office until 5:30 so I could pick up my vehicle. And in addition to this they left my passenger side window down. I was also told I couldn’t use a loaner because of COVID and I believe 1 of 3 people in their employment had masks on when entered their building. When I initially brought my concerns up to Midas I received a “corporate is making me address this insincere response”. Hopefully my mistake is a warning to everyone else considering doing business here.Service: Exhaust

Very expensive quote, had work done locally for 25% less.
