Kim and the staff are great!! Kroger should give her and the crew some extra hands. They work very hard.

Kim the pharmacist in Sun Prairie is amazing! The best pharmacist I've ever had in my 50 years on this planet.

Absolutely no registers open during the prime time after work when store traffic is heavier than normal. Self check out line was all the way down the freezer aisle…super inconvenient.

I like Pick N Save / Metro Market / Whatever!I wish they had some more variety in the deli and there is one girl that is really rude. I used to work in the deli at a place ten times busier than this and didn't have an attitude as the job was pretty fun and easy. The meat selection is good but has gotten a little pricier under Metro branding. The Pharmacy is also very good and can fill your Rx while you shop and get it twenty minutes later.

I went there earlier this evening with a friend. We stopped at the deli to get some salads and while we sat there decided on what to get, the woman behind the counter just glared daggers at us. Didn’t say a word, just glared. Eventually another customer walked up to her and was gonna order, but before he did, the employee shouted at me and my friend “You gonna order something or not?!” which was uncalled for to say the least. Eventually when we ordered she still didn’t speak to us, just scooped and packaged our food and shoved them over the counter, unlike with the previous customer’s order that she handled with care. My friend and I told her thank you and to have a nice day, and sure enough she didn’t reply. Every other employee we saw was standoffish as well which just soured our trip even more, but I think cold employees are just becoming the norm for this location. Only the pharmacy has remained so friendly.

Great store with friendly employees. They have a robust cheese and butcher section, which is very appreciated. They also have a floral department.

They had a bug problem when it was pick n save and they have one now. I've bought lettuce, bags of carrots and so on, only to come home to find them infested with bugs. I just walked out because it's the dead of winter and there were a bunch of fruit flies on the onions. Once every so often is understandable, but when bugs are free to roam every other time, it's a problem that's not being attended to.

Craig was so nice! I was struggling to get specific pumpkins from the bottom of the bin. Craig noticed and asked if I’d like some help! We also had a fun conversation about pumpkin decorating and it gave me some cool ideas!! I’m going to add a photo later, I did end up doing Venom Craig! I’ll add some photos!!

This is an unusual place, in my experience.. It's a small pharmacy with a small town feel, tucked into a corner of a huge supermarket. I like it. The staff here have been extremely helpful and friendly to me through a very difficult time. I would have thought I had used up all their patience by now, but apparently not.

Never thought I would write a review about a pharmacist, but Kim is great! She makes going to the pharmacy a personal experience and is the reason we only go to Copps Pharmacy.

Having Kim and Kam as my pharmacist is like having my own personal doctor. I do remember when Susan was there but I now have a relationship with Kim and Kam. They will help you with any questions on the phone and in person. They are never in a bad mood and they TRULY CARE ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL. There is no turn over at Copps pharmacy either, so you get the same person every time. I will travel to Copps in Sun Prairie even if I move out of state!

I've been going to this pharmacy since it opened and won't be switching unless we move out of the area. The main pharmacy staff members, Susan & Kim, are willing to learn your name and actually take time to understand how your prescriptions work together. They explain "real" side effects instead of just rattling off the long list that seems to be tacked onto every drug. They helped me determine a minor interaction (causing side effects) that was overlooked by my doctor, and helped to resolve it. The wait times are always reasonable, though peak time should obviously be avoided if you're in a hurry. The prices are a bit higher than the "$4/month" generics some places offer, and I've considered going elsewhere just for those, and decided against it. It's worth a little bit extra to have peace of mind that they truly double check what's prescribed, rather than just filling the bottle and assuming that what's written down is right.
