Just your average Target department store. There's plenty of parking, and it's easy to access. It's perfect for a quick grocery run or a long shopping haul. We had ordered some things online and picked them up in the store. Typically, it is a quick and easy shopping experience here.

I am picking up my order here. When I arrived at Target, it was long line and NO employee the pick up counter. 15min later one lady came and she scanned my pickup code.
She said I have to wait aside. Lady got from far away somewhere from pickup counter.
I was waiting for long.
It is not easy pickup.
I will not pickup here anymore.

Unfortunately I was one of the many people accused of stealing, a pair of Kendra Scott earrings. They said they have evidence of a backing of an earring, I should mention I own several pairs of Kendra Scott earrings, necklaces, bracelets etc. I had an event where I used a pair of my earrings and got sick of wearing them so as one does I took them off and put them in my bag. A white male came up to me and began screaming at me.The cops were called, I should also mention I was with 4 of my friends the entire time. And they all said I would never steal. My mom came in since I am a minor, the white male was incompetently harassing us. He was very rude and didn’t even acknowledge I was having a panic attack. I had 3 adults with me my parents and my friends dad. I am now supposedly “banned” from sun prairie target for “stealing” a BACKING of an earring which was mine might I add when I tried to explain the misunderstanding, the worker constantly interrupted by the worker who did not let me speak . But shoutout to the Starbucks employees that were very kind to me and my friends. Overall I was disappointed, disgusted and traumatized by how I was treated. I really hope no one has to endure the type of harassment I experienced during this past weekend, I was just simply trying to enjoy a weekend with my friends.

Typically, a good shopping experience. The store is always clean. They recently paved most of their parking lot and they either removed some of the cart stalls, or they just haven’t reinstalled them yet. Hopefully they’ll reinstall them.

Ordered products online via target website and was sent the wrong products. Went to return them in the store and was told I had to return them online and mail them back because they were not able to scan them back in because the codes and product didn’t match. I said that’s because I was mailed the wrong product. They still insisted they could not fix it in the store at Sun, Prairie target.

Stephanie in cosmetics was wonderful. She really knew the product lines, how they performed and she picked out the perfect shade of concealer for me. I tried it out once I got to my car and I was blown away by how perfect it was.

I understand shutting down self check out at night but then you need staff to open registers. Make it make sense.

Clean store. Great selection at great prices. Target brands are a particularly good value.

I love it, it's close to my house, it has a big variety of products, and it's always pretty fast.
I would like it to have a "Gluten free" section in the food aisles since it's reeeeally hard to find the GF things since they are all scattered. It would also be nice if they had an Alcohol aisle like other Target stores.

This target sucks, never go there, it's for you own good. I returned a pair of pants today for the same pants but a different size. They gave me a target card with a difrent price from what it they were priced at. I tried to exchange them for the other size but they couldn't do that. The pants were in perfect condition, there is nothing wrong with the pants. So for your own good never go to that target.
