There location is awful! They do not warn people about they are located. I had someone back up into me because they were preoccupied with where to turn in. They also sell the worst cars ever!

They had the truck ready to go. U-Hauls app sucks. So they did the work on the computer.Drop off was smooth. People were nice.

Garbage. Told them I’d drive 30 miles max. Got put down for 40. Checked bank statement, got charged an additional $60 on top of the $90 for original quote, called them and they said I drove 97 miles. Was on hold with customer service for over an hour. Got told someone would get back to me in 3 days. Never happened and waited another 45 min on phone. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.

These people are rude inconsiderate and uncaring to the average buyer they will rip you off lie to you stab you in the back and them not stand by their product if you're looking to give away your money this is the place to go
