It would be difficult to find a less responsive phone menu than with this store. If you press “3” for store locations and hours, the entire options menu is repeated— that’s it. If you press “9” to speak with an associate, the entire options menu is repeated— no help at all. In person, this store really isn’t that bad, but with the phone menu options not working at all, that warrants a lower rating.

I called the store to ask a question about something and the young man that answered the phone hung up on me before I even finished my question lol...
The supervisor (not the same person that answered the phone, didn't catch her name, sorry), was very helpful when I physically went into the store.

Just a heads up on the expense of printing anything. They charge $3. Per page and the employee thought he was helping me by printing double-sided when I really did need both pages because they were mailing labels. Thanks but I'll go to the local library next time.

This UPS store is a joke. They charge $3 to print a label and $2 for a piece of tape! Crazy! What a joke! The ink and paper cost isn't even close to a dollar. The employees are lazy and more interested in going home than helping customers as well. I'd give this location zero stars if I could. I'll be going to the East Side or Waunakee location before I ever come back to this one.

I interacted with Grace today at the Sun Prairie UPS store. I had the most delightful experience, and she was absolutely excellent at providing top notch customer service. She was fun, polite, professional and made everything easy for me. Go, Grace!

Stephanie was very nice and helpful with my heavy box of car parts. I've also done trust documents at this location which was hassle free.

I love the individual service I receive from the employees at the Sun Prairie UPS Store. I send files and request printing within a days notice and many times done within hours. Excellent work!
