“I rented an indoor event space through Flavors! Event Styling and Catering for my daughter’s baby shower, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience! From the very beginning, Leighanne was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating. She made the entire process so easy — her communication was clear, her instructions were simple to follow, and she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right for our special day.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning — elegant, clean, and beautifully decorated. The flower wall, mirrors, and thoughtful touches throughout the space made for the perfect backdrop and added such a classy, celebratory feel. It truly matched the vibe we were going for!
We had around 30 guests, and there was plenty of space for everyone to mingle comfortably without feeling crowded. Everything came together seamlessly, and I received so many compliments on how beautiful the space was.

“We hosted our wedding at the Bur Oak in September of 2024. The bartenders did an amazing job fueling our party and the coordination staff was a pleasure to work with. The space was perfect for our 110 person wedding and didn't require a lot of decoration as it has an inherently cool aesthetic.”

“The best place ever my home and happy place. I love the coaches and they make gymnastics so fun! They offer gymnastics, volleyball, and other sports you can play on a volleyball court. Love this place 100% would recommend.”

“We stayed at the Staybridge and our suite came with a full kitchen, a couch, and a king bed in a separate bedroom. The setup was convenient overall, though the bedroom doors didn’t quite close properly, which was awkward, and the bathroom was located inside the bedroom—making it less practical in the morning if someone needed to get in without disturbing the person sleeping. It was our first time staying at this type of hotel, as we usually stay at Holiday Inn Express, but we decided to try this one since it’s also part of the IHG group. The breakfast was much more varied than what we’re used to at Holiday Inn, which was a highlight. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel, especially if you’re planning a longer stay, thanks to the kitchen and the breakfast variety.”

Whatever your needs renting the meeting space, you'll find the staff of us completely volunteer organization to be both helpful and caring. Truly caring. The facility itself is laid out quite practical, and guess for any function will find it a welcoming experience!”
