The staff at the Sun Prairie store went out of their way to make everything right for a very large cell phone family change. They are very professional, approachable, and I was very happy with my service. A+++++

Never go to one of these independent stores, just go to the corporate store. They lied about what fees they were going to charge, they added a liquid screen protector that I told them I didn't want and then charged me $65 for it, they added phone insurance for $17/mo that I never agreed to our discussed. They were very dodgy about giving me an invoice on what they were charging me, literally told me they can't print invoices. Had to go to the corporate store to get it all sorted. This is a trend with this store, adding fees and services you don't agree to. There was another guy complaining about the same thing when I went in to pick up my phone.

***IF I COULD GIVE YOU A NEGATIVE STAR, I WOULD. VIEW PHOTOS OF WHAT THEY CHARGED AND WHAT I GOT BACK FOR A REFUND***DO NOT GO HERE EVER__BUYERS BEWAREWorst customer service I received. The customer service reps Liam O. And Abby are crooks and conartistes charging for services that isn't inform to the customer before hand. Abby has the nerves to try and argue her point stating "we didn't make you swipe your card" Yes, you didnt Abby and you didn't provide a receipt of what you were charging via email as you stated and provide a paper copy when I was in the store, until I came in and requested it. To Liam the other rep that sold me the unauthorized services and screen protection that I'd asked about and he stated, even when I'd questioned him about stated "the screen protector comes with the phone" as it was something Samsung provided with the phone.This located at 322 S Grand Ave Sun Prairie, WI 53590. You'll will never get my money or anyone else's money ever and the Google review be awesome with the charges for future customers to see.Thank for the disservice you had provided and run around I had to do, to get it corrected by a cooperate Verizon store.I was charged $365 at there store and went to Verizon on East and charged $251.

Abby was so patient and helpful while I was having my software issues with my phone. Zach was equally helpful over the 3 days of having this issue with my phone. They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

On a night of a new phone release they only had 1 guy on staff. So we were turned away from picking up the new phone. Would not recommend using them if you expect service during business hours.

Do business here at your own risk!! The salesman is a liar. He'll tell you what you need to hear to complete the purchase and then your bill will reflect differently. I should've known when I caught him in his first lie. He had me pay for the fees, taxes etc. for the new phones and said to hang on to our old phones. We could bring them back a week later to finalize the trade-in. Only when I returned, he tried to claim I never paid for any of that. Fortunately the Manager was there and I could prove payment by my credit card charges. Then I got my first bill and it was a mess...one that I'm still ironing out. Oh and DO NOT fall for the internet in a box scam. He'll say it's free for 30 days and then $30 a month. Only it's not...it's actually $60 and they won't accept the box back either. It's a whole ordeal. Avoid at all costs!!!

Good parking.Clean.Well lit.A few store models to examine.Chairs set up for waiting.We waited, over half an hour.One employee was helping one customer.It seemed no end in sight, no one else there to ask about waiting times.We left.

Sarah Behnke is the best person I’ve ever met at a Verizon store. She was patient, and made sure everything was done right. I highly recommend her and her Sun Prarie store. I won’t go to anyone else now. 5 star service!!!

Today my Wife and I stopped in around 5pm to upgrade our phones. I had a trade in promo that I thought would work for both our lines on the plan. Turns out it was good for only one. Which was still great! What was amazing is the service we recieved from Zach (sorry if I spelled it wrong!). Zach was absolutely amazing! My wife and I have worked in customer service/sales for the better part of the last 15 years and he was a standout employee. He not only found a way to save us money by upgrading our plan and save on the 2nd line phone trade in, he also stayed over 30 minutes past close to finish up the device tranfers with us. On top of all this, Zach was highly knowledgeable throught every aspect of our transaction. We also found out he is the only employee at this location currently. What a ROCKSTAR!! Thank you Zach!

My first experience at this location was amazing a few years ago, but every time since has just been poor. Tried to add a line to an existing account today and we basically got told no. Went to the E Wash location and had a stress free experience.

Claidio was very helpful. He spent about three hours helping us transfer phones and figure everything out. He was also very kind and considerate. I recommend him for help!
