WALGREENS IS REALLY IMPROVING ! ! ! A few months ago I was “sent” to find a part for my blood pressure moniter, Walgreens was the third store I tried. I did not succeed , however , I left feeling wonderful due to a young employee pushing a cart stocking shelves, Named FLYNN. I explained my dilemma and he searched high and low , even taking time to make a call for more help. He treated me the way people should be treated. . . .like I mattered . He did not find what I came for, BUT HE GAVE ME JUST WHAT I NEEDED,. . Encouragement and hope.

Consistent understaffing results in excessive wait times, irritable staff, and horrendous service. Their prioritization of profit over people is obvious. Avoid if at all possible.

Pharmacists are inappropriately nosy, pharmacy techs have no clue what they’re doing and are never on the same page. I get told that due to my insurance, a prescription has to be sent in a certain amount. I get my providers to send the medication in the amount instructed, and then another tech says that wasn’t the case so I have to pay the full amount (without insurance assistance) if I want my medications. Out of stock of medications every time I need something filled, techs misplace my medications and don’t listen to what I’m saying. Seriously would not be using Walgreens if I didn’t have crappy insurance that forces me to. Never had as bad of service at any other pharmacy in the past as I have at Walgreens every single time.

Honestly one of the best Walgreens’s I’ve been to so far. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and are under a lot of stress as it seems. I was taught about the app available to me to make sure there are no issues with my prescription and getting them has honestly never been easier. All I had to do was ask for help, instead of getting frustrated like many of the other reviews I’m seeing. Will be keeping my medications there for good! 6/5 stars!

This place is always slow filling prescriptions
I have had enough of them
I’m changing pharmacies and will never look back
I hope they close and do us all a favor

Horrible especially since going to newer way of filling/getting RXs! Not enough knowlegable staff. Long wait to pick up - staff most times have to look too many places to find something. Much confusion behind counter. Pharmacists understaffed. Thinking about going elsewhere for RXs.

this is really the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with!
It now takes over a week to refill prescriptions that have previously taken hours?? This wasn't something I was made aware of and then the tech in the pharmacy is going to give name attitude when I express my incredulity and displeasure (without yelling) at the inconvenience, since now I don't have my medication.
The drive up lanes are a joke and it's no better going inside.
I will never recommend anyone go to this location. With the other Walgreens in the area - this one can get repurposed for something else - like a car wash

Sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes while they helped a car in the other lane. Wasn't greeted. Wasn't told it would be a few minutes. Finally gave up and left.

How are you one of the largest pharmacies in the country, but somehow take over a month to refill one med? You also canceled this med twice before filling it.
This is my last rx ever to get from Walgreens. Everything has been moved to Amazon and Walmart. They know how to fill rxs, unlike Walgreens.

I normally come here almost every day since I live only about a block away . I had an hour of free time and this was my time to buy things I needed for the house . I planned on using two forms of payment . My credit card - and my debit card. I didn’t have much money at the time and needed to use two cards to make a purchase. It would hold me over until pay day and most places don’t mind .:. .- mind you I am a previous Walgreens employee and this has blown my mind , I remember when Walgreens was all about their customers . What happened?
When I was up at the counter , I started separating what I wanted on one card and what I wanted on the other , but the employee wanted all of it in the basket to help him sort what to ring up and what not too . I’m he started talking to me and we got caught up in a brief conversation . When I looked down everything was checked out . I asked if they could take a couple of things off . We needed $109 off . I would take out whitening strips which were about $60, and two electric toothbrushes at $20 each . Both him and the manager told me they couldn’t do it , and it would be entirely too much to do. I felt at a loss . Either I would have to leave the store , and say goodbye to my only free time and the hour I spent carefully choosing things we needed . Anyways , he calls for the manager to come up and I’m so nervous while they both laugh at me and make me feel like I’m doing a lot for asking to take 3 things off to split the payment . It was very belittling. I truly do not know how to feel after this experience . I come in here so often and spend so much money here , just for them to treat me as if I asked for them to break their back . All they had to do was take 3 things off the list and charge my other card. I felt like I HAD to buy those things .. out loud they both complained about having to put them away , having to scan things off , they said it would be ridiculous if I wanted that done . I felt so badly …
So I purchased everything with the last of what I had on my debit and I walked out very unsatisfied and sad. I felt like they treated me .. a paying customer … as if I was a burden . And I spend so much money here . I hope others do not get this type of service .
Maybe they shouldn’t be working in customer service … servicing customers.
.
I will continue to shop only because of the convenience . But I no longer want to spend copious amounts of money here anymore .

After waiting in line for 30min, they told me they'd text me when the Rx is ready, in about 20min, 45min more waiting, then I wait in line for another 20min, and they said they need to order it and it'll take about 5 days.. they could have texted or told me that instead of wasting so much of my time. not returning here.

Always long lines at pharmacy, tried calling in advance to get started on prescription, was no help. Waited an hour and 45min, only to find out they don’t have it and need to wait 5 days.. never using again
