Pharmacy shuts down for days. No updates on when will be open or what to do for those who need prescriptions. Disgraceful and shameful

Store was closed due to lack of pharmacy staffing. No pharmacist on duty. The message said come back tomorrow. We needed critical medication, and Had to go to another Walgreens to attempt to fill the prescription. Walgreens computer system does not allow for this. Upper management Walgreens does not pay their pharmacist or staff enough. Beware and avoid Walgreens at all cost.

No longer using this Walgreens or any Walgreens for prescriptions anymore. Always out of stock, makes it extremely difficult to get medications on time. Half the time they don’t have staff. I rather have my fingernails ripped off with rusty pliers than deal with these idiots.

Almost every interaction I’ve ever had with pharmacy staff has been unpleasant, so I’m not at all surprised to see several people leaving similar reviews. They are very condescending and rude, and will go to great lengths to avoid doing their job and instead talk down to you and deliberately make things more complicated than needed. Last time I was there to pick up an RX, we had to update insurance info in the drive-thru which was fine. A couple days later needed to go back to pick up another RX for our other child and they said insurance is not up-to-date still and that we can’t update it in the drive-thru because it will hold up the line. Fair enough, however, there was nobody in line behind us, and again we did the same process a few days prior in the drive thru with no issues. Once inside, they were huddled around talking and laughing with each other instead of helping us when we were the only ones in line inside the store. Don’t waste your time with the pharmacy at this location - we finally switched to a different pharmacy.

Every single pharmacist and tech has the worst attitude. They lie about having medications and they lie about when they can have them ready. They are lazy and don’t want to do their jobs. If you can pick another pharmacy I would recommend it.

I love Walgreens - they have everything. However, I hate this Walgreens for 2 reasons:
Their pharmacy has messed up every prescription I’ve ever filled here.
More recently the last 6x I’ve stopped in to shop a blond with dark eyeglasses immediately appears and says “Hey!!! What are you looking for!?” Today I told her “I’m good.” and she finally left me alone.
I’m all for customer service, but I have a list and want to get my 5 items and get back to business. I’m not here to socialize or hear about cosmetic specials. I have no question she’s trying to be helpful, but it’s annoying, like being stalked by a car salesman the minute you walk in the door.
She’d be much more effective working at Menards where I really need help finding stuff.

Outstanding pharmacists at this location! We found them to be knowledgeable and professional. They close at 9pm, so believe other reviews are for the Davison St. location.
