My son waited 45 minutes at his visit yesterday. And not once did anyone check in or let him know why there was a delay. Ridiculous.

I do not recommend this place! My experience with Clements Vision is beyond frustrating! After more than two months of waiting, seven visits, and several ignored calls, I still do not have a pair of glasses that works properly.The first pair of glasses I got from them gave me curved vision and headaches. The optician worked with me became defensive as soon as I explained that the glasses are not right. She took my old and new glasses to the back for testing and told me that they are exactly the same. Therefore, I should not have any issues with the new ones. This was not true, as the new pair has stronger prescriptions and my old lenses are digital. The other optician that I saw later noticed her mistakes and adjusted the prescriptions. The second pair came back with too weak of a prescription for one eye. They had to readjust for the third time. The third pair no longer gave me blur vision. However, the lenses are loose and move around in the frame. After calling them three times, they finally got back to me and ask me to go in again to drop off the glasses for adjustment.Don’t waste your time here. With the consistent negative experiences I’ve had with Clements Vision, I do not think it’s because of bad luck.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Also Justin was pleasant and informative. I like the option to have the use of dilation drops or just the machine for my eye health assessment. Doctor was great. Overall very easy going appointment with really nice folks.
