I was greeted right away. I arrived early before my online appointment (which wasn't on roster), however they got me in right away. I had a short wait in the clean waiting room before my vehicle was done. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will gladly bring my vehicle back for service.

I recently purchased a vehicle with Zimbrick Chevrolet, the day of the purchase before I even drove it off the lot the TPS light was on. I mentioned something about it to the employees and they took the vehicle to Kwik trip to fill the tire. Light turned off and everything seemed fine, I live about 45 minutes to an hour away from this dealership and I didn’t even make it home before I had a flat tire. I ended up having to pay almost $300 for a tow back in to town and when I called the dealership they were very apologetic. From there they ended up towing the car back down to the dealership and replacing the flat tire and one other one that had bubbling on the outer wall, no charge. They promised to reimburse me for the original tow and to expect a check in the mail. I waited two weeks before having to reach out to them to ask where the check was and they hadn’t even sent it out yet. Finally almost one more week later I got my reimbursement. Overall I’d say it was a decent experience, everyone was friendly and my salesman, Tom, did everything he could to help me. My advice is to make sure you do a very thorough check of any vehicle you are looking at purchasing through this dealership. I understand that things happen but this was a crazy oversight and I ended up missing work this day so although I was reimbursed I still missed out on wages. In addition, I had to go without a vehicle for 3 days after purchasing due to it being the weekend. Luckily things worked out in the end, it could have definitely been worse, I do absolutely love my new vehicle and I haven’t had any issues since. They will work with you if you work with them!

These folks are hard to get on the phone. And the service center - if you can take it anywhere else, you’d be better off. Many years ago, i had them replace the window switches in my driver-side door(Impala 2003). I had to take it back a 2nd time so they could fix it correctly. Just recently, they looked over my ‘new’ 02 Impala. I only took it to them for computer diagnostic work, and said they could do the recall on it. They stated they cleaned the EGR valve, but i found no fresh wrench marks, and the screw in that area was like it hadn’t been removed. They glued in the key inserts so terribly, that i could shove a card in there, and i ripped them back off as soon as i got home. Take your car to Burtness Chevrolet in Whitewater - they do way better. (Or Meineke in Sun Prairie)

I brought my 2023 Equinox to be detailed and have an oil change. My suv had quite of bit of dog hair that I couldn’t get rid of. The service fron the start to finish being how I was updated with my service from start to finish. My vehicle was like bran new from outside to the interior, mats seats cargo wheels everything was wonderful. Thankyou so much and the gentleman at the counter Tim who got my oil change done without an appointment
Thankyou for getting my SUV bran new again.
