Was having trouble with a lenevo laptop. The technician looked at the computer right away, and did a couple tweaks to help computer work faster. Would use them again if new problems pop-up.

I brought my computer here are a very frustrating week of service at another location. Bruce was kind, clear with his explanations, great customer service and efficient. And, very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

They moved. Now at the corner of 5th and John. Across the street from Interstate Batteries.
They do great work. Hard drives will fail on you, and they can recovery your files.

So impressed with Bruce and A Plus Computer. After a bad experience at another computer store in town. Googled computer stores read reviews for A Plus. Dropped in yesterday, April 8, 2025 was helped by Bruce within 5 minutes. Just got a phone call the computer is done and ready for pickup April 9, 2025 Price very reasonable. Bruce and A Plus Computer are outstanding! Professional and courteous.

Walked in the door with a computer that wouldn't turn on/post after I upgraded the mother board and CPU. Walked out 15 minutes later after a BIOS update with a working computer. 10/10 for customer service and pricing.

They are marvelous! I was ready to throw out my new laptop because I couldn't get around Microsofts configurations that make installing Chrome nearly impossible. They were reassuring rather than condescending and took care of everything for a reasonable price.
