Mike helped me program a key for my car, or tried to (it was my fob issue, not a Mike or Ace issue) and he was really amazing about it. I felt really bad. Mike, like the others employees I have met here, was kind, professional and helpful. Thanks again for taking the time to try for me!!

Waited at the “Helpful Hub” for a while waiting for assistance but no one showed up. The taller man with a bald head walked around the endcap from a nearby aisle, looked at me, and then walked back down the aisle. Not impressed. Thankfully Denny’s Lawn and Garden was able to immediately assist me in finding the lawn mower part I needed.

I ordered a backpack sprayer online but it wasn’t ready when I got to the store. The manager and store associate could tell I was getting annoyed waiting but were both still doing a great job keeping things moving and made sure I was happy. My apologies for being cranky. Thank you for all of the help.

This is a good place to find your outdoor lawn and garden supplies. Personally what I like is that they sharpen chainsaw blades and tune them for cheap

I love ACE, and it's nice that they don't gouge you for the convenience. I live in Billings Park, and I've found mostly what I've been looking for here and got to skip the Menards trip. Whenever I'm going to the grocery store, I can always drop in and get my hardware store shopping done at the same time. I love the collab with Super One.
