Last winter I found my storage was broken into the locks were broken. I called the company and reported it and Jenn called me right back.not to long after she came out and had the lock repaired and a new lock put on it the next time I went out there I couldn’t get in with the new locks and I called Jenn and she told me what to do but I still couldn’t get it open so she comes right out and opened it right away and that happened another time right after that and again she came right out and helped me again Ive never had to wait on anything Jenn and I thank you

It's more or less okay when it comes to security, size of storage units, insurance. But it's a horrible rip-off when it comes to prices - ridiculously high! And they keep raising those whenever they want, as much as they want and without any smallest improvement of service, quality or even a basic explanation. Too bad that KO Storage has a monopoly in the City of Superior and people literally have almost no choice.

Hi, for some reason Katelin Bigalke has been leaving one-star reviews using my name at various places around town. I have never used KO Storage of Superior and I am not sure why she is doing this. I wish you luck in your business endeavors.
