Went in with a broken phone to see what options I had. The manager of the store helped very well. I was able to get a new phone and credit for the old one.

All they care about is commission and will lie to you to get as much out of ubas possible .. they said first bill was xxx.xx and turned out to be double!

The lady that helped me on Sunday was great! I was a pain in the but customer cause no nothing seemed to be working out . She helped me through and held the things for me to come backI was unable to get back that night and in fact didn't go back till Tuesday, figuring I'd have to re find my items. I walked in and explained, one of the guys there said he thought it was still on the counter! It sure was! I was in and out within 5 minutes!! The two gentlemen were very kind on Tuesday! The did great with customer service, The items I purchased, Patience, helpful, and kind!!

We were 20 year Verizon customers that got fed up with poor service and horrible experiences with Verizon staff. At AT&T,Liz was our sales consultant for 2 new phones. Customer service was spectacular. She went above and beyond to help and explain all of our options. We went with her suggestions and left with 2 new phones. I will definitely be recommending Liz and this store based on the level of customer service and product knowledge! Thanks again!
