“Helpful staff & work very hard to make sure each customer leaves with merchandise they were seeking. I needed something that they had in another brand. After telling guy my make/model# he corrected me & said the one I brought in to replace didn't work, because it was wrong one to begin with. Sure enough he was correct! I embarrassedly bought part, went home, installed it, & I'll be damn, it sparked right up!”
“I recently went to O'Reilly's on Belknap because all the warning lights on my dashboard were on. Larry quickly diagnosed the problem. He went above and beyond helping me replace my bad car battery. Brody, the new store manager, also provided his assistance. These gentlemen were extremely helpful in assisting me fix my problem. I will return to this O'Reilly's location because the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.”
