I called them at the last minute for a pedicure yesterday. They accepted me and Susan had to stay late to do my nails too. Very friendly environment and great customer service. I will definitely go back and recommend the place.

This was my first time getting my nails done. Had a good experience, nothing negative! He did what I asked for and communicated with me throughout to make sure everything was good. I wish they were better staffed though! It was a little too busy for 3 workers, and it made me feel bad.

Got acrylic with gell polish for 50$.
The woman was English fluent, as were most within ear shot, that was nice. She did care for my nails & ensured my comforts, so my only * is to double check your shape & straitness, mine ended up with a high leftside on almost all nails. They are pretty enough for me though!

With in all of the years I got my nails done I never expected none the less but crystal nails that is now nail envy they are rude and racist against other people and they charge for acrylics at the highest they can go not only that very unprofessional. And they will record you if you ask for a refund if your nails turn out like crap I do not recommend nail envy.

Definitely a different feel since new management. I had a full gel service yesterday and it was lack luster at best. Things I came to expect but were not done was comparing the uniformity of nail lengths of both hands and at end of the manicure she only put oil on cuticles of one hand not the other. Not the best I have ever had, quality not there. I asked where the usual nail techs were and was told they were on vacation, huh?

Hit or miss for sure. I don’t go very often, so I make an appointment with whatever stylist is available for the time I need. My feet have gotten very cut up from the electric nail file twice now. However, the couple manicures and a few other pedicures I’ve gotten have been great.

I had gel nail on my toes. I told the lady not to use the grinder. Found out she didn't speak English. She grabbed the grinder and ground my skin more than once. When I started to bleed I was done. Walked out

I just came here Friday to get my nails done for a wedding. First off they left stuff all over my skin and I made them take it off but they didn’t want to because it would come off when I washed my hands but it didn’t. Today is Monday and I already had a nail break and that would never happen if you went to angel nails. These people are cheap and I can tell they have no idea how to do nails right. I’d go to angel nails!
