Management needs to step up and hire additional staff. Today I tried calling at two different times and waiting on hold for ten minutes each time. I never got through to someone. After just having surgery, it’s absolutely appalling that I can’t even check the status of my pain medication so I can pick it up. (It shows that it’s on hold in the app) I feel sorry for the staff that has to deal with all the frustrated customers! And I also feel bad for people who have to wait days to get their pain medication!

I have had nothing but bad experiences with CVS. Their customer service is appalling and it’s no wonder they are all going to be closing! I Moved my prescriptions somewhere else and can honestly say I will never set foot in that Superior, WI store again! Take your mandated lunch break and stick it!

Staffing issues in Pharmacy. Which isn't the other staff’s fault. But oof man it was around 20 minutes and the line was not moving. I left because it took way too long. I feel CVS should be helping the staff at this location so they aren't short staffed.

Ever visit I fail to get digital coupon credit I’ve earned and my extra bucks. Checkout clerk can be very rude if I question her. Not a pleasant experience dealing with Robyn

The last time I was there it was related to moneygram, money orders. The service was second to none! The two ladies helping me out were, kind, patient, and very helpful and friendly, and they went out of their way to help me and made my transaction easy! I tip my hat to these ladies!!

This Pharmacy has had it's drive thru closed for almost one year. The excuse is lack of staff. Meanwhile the line in the store to pick up prescriptions is a mile long. This puts extreme hardship on people with physical limitations. It's also putting people at risk with covid and flu season.

The sales clerk was very helpful in trying to find an item for me. It would have been very easy for her to say" we don't have it" but she didn't. She started to check online right away for me. I appreciate people like that.

They're always out of my medication and then blame it on 'the supply chain' when other pharmacies have my medication in.

CVS is understaffed, but even though they don't have enough help, I want to say thank you! I know it's hard to find people willing or able to work. So to the staff that does work, thank you for being available. Thank you for going above and beyond. Without you, I would not be able to get the medications needed to function each day. Thank you for all you do! Some may not be as appreciative of all of your hard work, but I appreciate you all.
