This CVS Sucks. The drive-through is never opened. The last thing I want to do is walk around the store for an hour, waiting for my prescription.

Customer support is nonexistent. Have had same price on medication for 4 years. Never a question on price. Last visit I am told no discount available as coupon expired. CVS always took care of this. Pharmacist made no attempt to assist e other than to want to charge me an unaffordable amount for prescription. I contacted the medication company myself, obtained the necessary coupon by email, printed it up and delivered to pharmacist. He begrudgingly took coupon and upgraded my CVS account.
No drive through service available and only pharmacist was working.

Constantly randomly closed. Generally wait at least 20 minutes at non peak times for a simple pickup. No line system and there's at times herds of people around the pickup counter.

Slowest pharmacy I’ve EVER been to… Stood in line for 30 minutes 3 times now in 2-3 weeks. Time to change pharmacy!

Not an indictment of the local store, the staff was ok, but rather CVS policy on the whole. Apparently they can't give the flu shot to anyone under 19, maybe the Covid shot though. I wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes to wait to hear back from the supervisor. Why this didn't get flagged online when the appointment was scheduled, I don't know. Ages are entered at sign up. Also, even with an appointment, you're second place to anyone else there picking up, so ge prepared to wait. So that was an hour and a half wasted today of my limited time with the kids. Not impressed.

Justine from the pharmacy is so rude!! I’ve never been treated so rude with so much attitude. She didn’t care at all what I was there for she only wanted to get back to her conversation with her co worker I will not be back she has deferred me from shopping at cvs again

This place has the worst customer service! One of the workers knocked into my daughter's leg with a load of stuff and didn't apologize. They are never anything but rude. A horrible place. Expensive too.

The sweetest clerk works here. Ladies if you feel like junk about yourself that day she doesn't even realize it she just gives the nicest compliments. The other day she carded me and said "wow, I would have put you in your mid 20s"

Seem to have trouble keeping track of prescriptions and filling them correctly. They have refills available but it's misfiled. 3 syringes is not 3 boxes. Wow.
