I recently signed up for Walmart plus. I was talked into it by a friend who provided me her code to get $20 off. I agreed and signed up. Things went well until last night. One of the order items that I didn't receive was a pork tenderloin. I instead got two half gallons of some fake juice drinks. I never ordered them at all so I went out to ask for a refund. Instead of refunding my money for the tenderloin that I didn't receive, they took money off my $20. So instead of receiving a $20, I received only an $11 credit. So why am I punished for their lack of follow through and commitment to their customer. I will NOT be renewing this one year subscription.

I spent two nights in the Sprinter van parked at this Walmart though I did drive around in the day time. The Walmart itself is pretty standard with some items out of stock and queues at the register. The restroom was reasonably clean and I was able to find the few items I needed for travel. Bonus points for tolerating overnight parking, though you can't spend too much time in one space. I noticed that they put "you're going to be towed" decals on one of the motorhomes that hadn't moved from the first night to the second. All Walmarts are basically the same. What makes them stand apart are the people and Superior Walmart has the best people. Always easy to find someone, they are always friendly and always helpful!

One star is is to good for them.Bought tires online on the Superior website,did not say anything about not having the tires in store.So set up my first appointment and that got cancelled do to the tires not being in the store,but i bought and paid for the tires on the store website so they had them,then they sent me a cancellation the night before the service saying the tires were not in,so i made another appointment when the tires that were already there were supposed to be there and the night before the service sent me another text saying service has been cancelled with no explanation.Do not try and call because the automotive department NEVER answers,Stay far far away from this junk store and their terrible customer service!!

They kicked me and my friends out for being in a group. They told our parents that we were making a huge mess. We weren't doing anything we were just walking around and they went off on us and would not let us cross a "boundary"

My view on Walmart Supercenter in Superior Wisconsin stands their customer service policies are even more worse than they were before! I had bought two $20 steam cards and when I was leaving this nitwit of a sales slip checker who was only supposed to be checking Big Ticket items not tiny mere purchases had me showing him my receipt which I did which I could let that go but then when he asked me what the receipt was for but the idiot had just saw me take it out of the bag where I had the two steam cards in I had to hold up the bag with the steam card sticking out of it and when he saw that they match the receipt I was getting late for my bus so I threw them down into my cart and one fell out onto the floor and I did not realize that until I got home and it never left the store but I'm thinking this idiot used it for himself or he put back on the Shelf and never told anybody and I talked to somebody on the phone yesterday on Tuesday and they said bring your receipt in and we will replace the card for free and when I got there they just made fun of me and said I was an idiot and practically physically threw me out are the store and told me never come back there again!
