They wouldn’t let me sign for my package digitally like their website says you can. When I contacted them about redelivery after they didn’t leave the package, they said they would send someone back out and did not. I called them less than 10 minutes after the person left my front door. Their phone service is among the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever encountered in my life. I will never, ever, ever choose to ship something through FedEx after today.

Brought a pair of internet devices that needed to be returned. No box was sent to me for return. The guy that dealt with me said usually we need a box to return them, He helped me so I could get those returned by offer to provide a box at no cost. Great customer service

Terrible. Claim they couldn't deliver the package because of weather (it was 50 degrees and sunny). They have made no attempt to deliver the package. Why am I charged for 2 day shipping when the package has been sitting in your warehouse in Superior, Wisconsin longer than that. I called corporate to try to get the package delivered to a Twin Cities address. I was told they couldn't do that until local FedEx made a delivery attempt. Avoid at all costs if you are able to.

Repeatedly not delivering , currently have 4 different daily notifications that my chewy packages will arrive now over a week overdue and no idea when they will arrive. Not reliable in our area. Avoid.

It's now a week past the expected delivery date and still haven't gotten my package. Luckily for me the company i ordered my package from has already issued a refund for me. I can tell that this this is gonna be an on going problem based on multiple other bad reviews. I guess I am going to have to cancel this grocery delivery service. Not worth paying for produce that will consistently be showing up well past its delivery date and likely spoiled due to poor delivery service. Sad because its not that company fault. They ship all over the US so its not like they can switch delivery service because of one poorly managed fed ex location. I'm sure its not this bad at every fed ex.

Unreliable. Many days in a row of a scheduled delivery that just doesn’t show up. Packages won’t show up for weeks after scheduled delivery date. Highly recommend using a different service if possible.

The worst freight service in Northern Wisconsin. I know my UPS driver by name. Why? He gets out of the truck and delivers packages. Unlike FedEx Ground drivers out of Superior, who drive by, leave no note on the door and say we were closed. They've been playing at this for a month now. Do yourself a favor, save yourself time, money and headaches, and avoid all interactions with this company. Horrible, horrible service.

The Superior hub of FedEx is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. My packages are always late, frequently marked "out for delivery" 2-3 days in a row, and right now I have one that has been marked "out for delivery" every day for the last 6 days. I even cancelled my Chewy subscriptions and switched to Amazon only because Chewy uses FedEx and Amazon usually doesn't. It is sad, because my old FedEx hub was great, and always delivering things early.

This should be 0 stars!!! Packages supposed to be delivered on the 12th it is now the 20th has been delayed every day!!! Who knows if will even show up today! One day they used the excuse bad weather other days just said delayed?? I can drive in and out of my driveway with my 2wd car with no issues, UPS and the mailman have delivered packages during these days but yet Fedex can’t be bothered to deliver my packages! You would think they have to deliver by sled dogs to the arctic circle the way this is going for gods sake!!! The only phone number that’s listed is automated called several times does not give the option to speak with a real person! Today I’m going to call or email the CEO! Will not be ordering from Walmart or anyone else who uses Fedex for delivery from now on!!! The manager and drivers from this Superior location should all be replaced with competent employees!!

Once again I got a packaged shipped from them and it was overnight shipped what's the point in paying that extra and not even getting it within two days like seriously you guys are a joke. Your dang delivery drivers never deliver they always ignore the apartment buildings truly the worst company

Received a post card asking to call for delivery details and the phone number given never works. Called the number on the website and get stuck in an endless automated call.

Holds package, doesn’t deliver on time. Does not allow pick up from location. Delivery driver drove to my home, stopped, never got out, then left. Called fedex, stated it was still at their facility but do not allow pickup.

Love them! Always super friendly no matter who it is I meet, on time, guys work really hard. Def will always stick with Fedex!
